We all know this is a bug with the software and reset won't fix it. Asus mods and devs are clueless in what they are doing so the answer is "factory reset" everytime. I did not mention this bug before because this is a very minor bug and doesnt affect everyday use much. There are lots of major bugs in the OS that are yet to be fixed and should be patched as soon as possible. eg Sound Output, Brightness, Sudden Restarts etc.

Thank you for your reply. Network reset will not deleted the data in your device, deleting Network related data only. Please try by the steps below
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
