I am an rog 2 user but my friend is using zenfone max pro 1 and he is facing some kind of network issue where his jio sim network is not working. Mind telling me possible ways to fix this issue?

We have tried to do all trouble shooting including downgrade it to .060 update and installing a10 from the website but still facing same issue.
