Thank you for your reply. My device has switched version between Android 9 and Android 10 for more than dozens of times, yet Regulatory Labels still persists.
1. Did you purchase the device from ASUS authorized channel?
2. Have you ever unlocked your device?
Please try to perform Factory Reset first.
If the issue remains the same, please check your inbox and provide me your SN, IMEI, and purchased channel for further checking.
