hello, i use samsung galaxy watch. But incoming calls not shown as a picture. i give every permission about app but not solved this problem? how can i do?

Hello, Firmware versiyon: PKQ1.WW_Phone-16.2017.1912.060-20191125 another all function works correctly if phone in sade mode, it's not working, still same error
