Frequency of Occurrence: every time while unlocking
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): finger print

Recently my phone finger print sensor taking a while to log in this heppen after I installed the firmware can u pls check this issue

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Perform a SMMI test.
2. Restart the device under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
