Dear Asus
Model Name: Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2
Firmware Version: WW-16.2017.2009.097
Not Rooted
Whenever i call to some numbers i didn't here their voice, its very low volume i hve to put phone on speaker for conversion. I am facing this issue since android pie update. And waiting for every update to fix it. But none of update have fixed it. I have tried android 10 beta version but none fixed it. So again downgrade to android 9 and updated all updates.
Can you solve issue or any resolution...
I will be grateful..

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue
factory reset your phone after taking a full backup : https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1006346/
4. Last option would be to visit the service center to have
a check. Locate here: https://www.asus.com/in/support/Service-Center/India

I think it's a great mistake to buy Asus phone. If you go through the zentalk messages u will find many are facing the same problem but you by just leaving a common answer think that tha problem is solved. Instead of working on that problem and try to fix that on next update. I am very disappointed with Asus and it's support..
