Bootloader unlock app issue

I'm using ASUS_X00TD (ZB601KL). Current firmware: WW-16.2017.2009.087 (Pie)
Whenever i try to unlock bootloader with official app "UnlockTool_9.2.0.0", it either just crashes or app automatically closes with no result. I have cleared app data, restarted phone, followed all the steps so many times, but still no results. (Internet connection is good and usb debugging is on.)
