Audio issue

Whenever i call to some numbers i didn't here their voice, its very low volume i hve to put phone on speaker for conversion.
Can you solve issue or any resolution...

Your ear speaker may be filled with dirt or fluids, or it may be broken, try cleaning it first if it's same then try contacting repair service.
