@Christine_ASUS Are you delusional? As the users are reporting The sound issue on BT/Wired earphones definately Exists on Build 438. Coming from music production background I can confirm the bass and the mids are completely missing. To prove this there are YouTube videos as well as zen sub helping users to fix this. Please compare Android 10 438 side by side Stable Pie before commenting the sound is better in Q. Just because you can't fix a problem doesn't mean it isn't there

albertkesuse adb and follow above steps to disable icepower for better sound.Sound improvement on Android 10, WW-17.2018.2012.434 firmware
Option for Windows 10:
1. Install Minimal ADB and Fastboot. (I installed adb-setup-v1.5.2).
2. Go to: Settings - About phone - Find the build number and tap on it several times until you see: "now you are a developer."
3. We go: System -For developers - USB debugging - Turn on.
4. We connect the phone to the computer (without turning off the phone), a message will appear like: enable USB debugging - allow. Android Composite ADB Interface will appear in Device Manager.
5. Run PowerShell as administrator and enter the commands:
adb devices
adb shell pm list packages
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 dk.icepower.icesound or, if you want to completely remove: adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 dk.icepower.icesound
6. After restarting the device and check the sound.
I managed to fix the sound.

akshay.ruparelIn my experience i found sound quality via jack on pie as 8/10 and on a10 as 7.5/10. in short a minor difference, i had compared both with my laptop's jack output which would be at 9/10.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/144700#Comment_144700
Hi, i have already done this.
Sound output went from bad to below average
Comparing with android 9 (087), it's really disappointing. Its nowhere near it.

From the number of iterations of betas of a10 that we have seen , not many major improvements were done during each beta. Going by this, this may very well be the end product of software on this phone.
