I have a Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 ZB602KL. One system update notification from ASUS showing last few days. Today I want to do it. After ASUS system update my phone is having a "No Service" issue. The phone can read the sim card but it can't seem to receive any signal. I have confirmed that the sim card that I am using is working or not so I am swap with other one and tested it on another phone. I have done all the guides i could see on the internet eg. factory reset the phone, set the phone in airplane mode, changed sims, reboot the phone, boot in safe mode, but still, it still cannot receive any signal.
Suddenly I am fall in a problem in this crucial time.
My question to ASUS, why are you sending the update for face a critical problem in this lock down time? When everything are closed for unknown days ? Now the Shut down going to next 20 days all over India then how much extend it no body know it!
I want answer? When I get the solutions.... ?
Is it a trap of ASUS to sale a new phone or collection of money from Service centre?
I am very disappointed from ASUS. If you are not arrange a quick solution then I will must post it in my business area for down your business positively. If you think I challenged you then it's a challenge.
Think 100 times what you will do...!
