Upgrade Asus zenfone live L1 ZA550KL to android 9.0?

Model Name: Asus zenfone live L1 (ZA550KL (2gB RAM
Firmware Version:WW_ZA550KL_15.01.2003.137_20200307
Rooted or not: NOPE
I want to upgrade my system but when i saw the firmware says that it upgrades to android 10 developer version so i think i t will be unestable? what firmware i have to download?

Second question "lose files?", I don't know about it. Because I have not tried it.

If you try to update your firmware in the same Android, for example, from Android O to Android O, you will not lose the data. If you want to update from Android O to Android P, then please back up your data and files.

Sorry the only firmware i can found is the Android 10 beta but i want the android 9 beta (this was cancelled?)
