Zenfone 9 vertical stripe when recording

Model Name: zenfone 9
Firmware Version: 32.2050.2050.34 android 12
Rooted or not: Not
Frequency of Occurrence: whenever i try and record something that isnt in direct sunlight
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): stock camera app

So basically, whenever i open the camera app and try to record anything that ISNT in direct sunlight i get a weird vertical Line that splits the screen, each Side having a slightly different color. Ive not done much troubleshooting except the basic stuff (restart phone, app etc).

Forgot to actually show screenshot. This doesnt hallen when in very Bright scenarios, but anything that ISNT in direct sunlight causes the entire camera to lag.
