Zenfone 9 top part becomes white while scrolling

I've recently purchased a Zenfone 9 and facing a strange issue (?). When scrolling in sub-menus the top part becomes white. I've attached a screenshot. Anyone knows if it's a bug or by design or a setting which I seem to miss? Or anyone else facing the same behaviour?
