Zenfone 9 : Missing voice at first 1-2 seconds on the call after upgrade

Voice after making a call: On incoming or outgoing normal call, for the 1st 2-3 seconds, the other person can't hear our voice at all. We have to wait 2-3 seconds and then speak 90-95% of times. This is the most annoying and critical bug.

Can you please provide the following information-
1. Name of your network operator
2. Have you enabled VoLTE or VoWifi
3. Have you experienced this problem at a specific place? if yes, how's the signal at this place?
4. If you try making a call where you get a good signal, does the problem persist?
