I have enabled USB debugging in devleoper options, and installed universal drivers on my windows 10 PC. I can't see the phone in windows, and the phone shows no sign that it's connected to a PC when I plug in the cable other than starting to charge. I've tried multiple USB ports, and multiple cables, all with the same result. Does anyone have any suggestions how to get my phone to connect to my PC for adb please?
