Frequency of Occurrence: Always, all the time
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): YouTube Premium
YouTube auto play does not work with the screen off but it does work with the screen on.

This might be a battery sleep issue but I don't have that one on my device

I found what was causing the pause of YouTube Auto Play with the screen off. The Background App Management was on, when it was turn off problem solved.
