Hello, I have changed the in-game graphics settings as well as the Asus game thingy performance settings and frequency. Issue stays the same. Feels very much like a driver issue.

This does look like some compatibility issues, have you sent this to the game developers?
They might have to take a look at this, if this is only happening in their game.
