Sometimes, often the System Blue Color does not apply correctly to Volume Panel, Quick Setting, Clock and Keyboard. There are times that looks correctly blue but when I charge the Wallpaper looks more like gray or white. I have the latest software update ending with .113, my phone is not rooted and it happens all the time.
