Please help me with a problem with very bad phone call quality. I suspect that it may be related to the speaker.
During a phone call, I can hear noise/crackling when my caller is speaking. He can hear me very well, but his voice is mixed with a strange noise. This noise does not occur when the caller is not speaking - it occurs when the caller is speaking.
This problem does not occur when I talk through connected headset. This may suggest a problem with the configuration of the phone speaker. When listening to music or watching movies, good quality sound comes out of the speakers. Only during a phone call is there a strongly disturbing noise.
I made calls using two different SIM cards belonging to two different mobile operators. The same problem occurs each time.
The phone is new, bought 2 weeks ago.
