Camers is being used by another application

3. Rooted or not: not
4. Frequency of Occurrence: always
5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Camera app

The problem was already in the previous version. Then stopping the app and clearing the cache helped.

After the upgrade, the phone can reset when starting the camera.

I read about a similar problem on older versions of Zenfone.  Can anyone help me?

Spróbuj wejść w ustawienia-prywatność-menedżer uprawnień-aparat i tam zobacz jakie aplikacje mają dostęp do aparatu. Tak naprawdę oprócz aplikacji "Aparat" reszta jest zbędna, względnie powinna pytać o dostęp i wtedy będziesz miał spokój.

I've already done that, but it doesn't change anything.  Sometimes the camera works sometimes not.

luckily the trick of killing app and clearing the cache helps.  This is problematic if you need to take a picture quickly.
