Hello there! I've had my Zenfone 9 for about 2 years now, and overall it's been awesome. However, for the past 10 months or so I haven't been able to take photos with the rear camera due to the poor quality. It is incredibly blurry past a metre or so, randomly jitters (like the gimble could be messed up), and when trying to take videos, it's extremely shakey, with loud "pop" noises everytime the camera jitters.
Until now I've kind of just accepted the fact that it's broken and I can't take photos (I know, stupid), but I would really like to keep the phone for as long as I can, cause other than the camera it's amazing. So I figured I'd ask here and see if there's anyone I could contact to see about getting it fixed. Until then I'll do what I should have done a long time ago and take it into a local repair shop to see if they can put in a new camera module.
