I have problems when calling and it doesn't matter if it is SIM 1 or SIM 2 of different operators. I don't know if VOLTE, which has always been active during these problems, can also have an influence on it. I've been seeing bugs since the last update. Either I receive a call, but I can't hear anything from the handset and even when I switch to speakerphone or Bluetooth headset. But the caller hears me. Or I want to call and when dialing, the called number does not dial and the Phone application still says that the called number is dialing. But if someone calls me, it works, but not the other way around. Restarting the phone always fixes this, but on a phone that has a calling problem, it's a major and annoying problem.
