Issue Description:
I'm experiencing an issue where the display changes brightness unexpectedly — for example, when moving from maximum brightness to a lower brightness level. This happens randomly several times a day.

I have already tried restarting the phone and resetting adaptive brightness, but the problem still persists.

So when im on direct strong sunlight this happens now i did with a flashlight because the weather is cloudy rainy but on the video screen record i cant see it...i did the log tool report also now i cant find a way to pm you the link or can i upload it here?
