Android 14 sometimes auto-rotate screen doesn't work

Sometimes screen auto-rotation doesn't work. After restarting the phone it works again.

Can you please share a screen recording of the issue?

When the problem occurred, I was unable to record with the other phone. This will not be visible on screen capture. When the issue occurs, apps do not recognize the rotation of the phone. Tested on YouTube, Google Photos and Asus Gallery.
