White noise during audio (bluthooth, internal speakers)

Hello, i notice my zenfone 8 produce some weird sound with any audio, with bluthooth or internal speakers. I don't if thats the good word but its exatcly that soud : https://youtu.be/nMfPqeZjc2c 

I first noticed it on speakers so i was thinking maybe i have a default phone because thats not the only issue but its also with wireless buds so maybe software ? I already did a Factory reset but no change. Am I alone ? Any advices ? Thanks !
