Software version and security patch old

Hi,
Just purchased a ZenFone 8 and noticed that the security patch is still the March 2021 and 30.10.46.57 version. The updater

states that this is the latest version for my phone as at today 16 September 2021. Has anyone got updates later than March and if so how did you get it. I am wondering if there is a problem with my phone updating to the latest version? What should I do to get the latest updates?
