Messenger notifications and speech bubbles

Hello. I am the owner of this model and I have a problem, which is Messenger. No notifications in the form of speech bubbles, although everything is set as it should be and notification sounds much quieter than the others. Have any of you had a similar problem and somehow solved it? greetings

Maybe you forgot to klick the little "notification to bubble" button in the down right corner of the messenger notification? It works as intended on my ZF8
