There is an OTA update already.

Me neither, but today received an email with https://zentalk.asus.com/t5/zenfone-8-a13-beta-program/thank-you-for-joining-beta-program/td-p/35681... and placing the file into root folder of the phone an rebooting made the phone pick up the manual update.
