Hope the case isnt as smooth, think my ZF6 lasted 1 day before the slippery sucker slipped out of my hand and the glass on the back cracked. Also hoping it has 2 sim slots and 1 sdslot. And that "armor-x" makes a case for it like the ZF6.

Considering all Zenfones have had sd card support I expect Zenfone 8 to retain it too
Notification led, headphone jack,sd card Asus is really among the handful of OEMs to retain this
I hope the jack has an high end ESS dac like rog that'll be cherry on top
I wonder if they would still package earphones in box like upto Zenfone 6 or 2 cases as in Zenfone 7 (that flip lock slider case was a very good addition)

It's just a cool thing man I love it when I'm in an elevator or something and tap up to unlock my phone and it pops up and,,snap you have access,, the looks you get are priceless. Its right out of Star trek or some SciFi like that, almost

There will be case in box, but they will skip to provide bundled earphone in box atleast for indian market considering it for some price cutting. & yes it will have high end ESS dac just like ROG tuned from diarac.
