I have found a very annoying bug on the battery maintenance settings.
Basically, each time I change the time schedule, the schedule changes itself to another time.
I am Using the phone in Portuguese (Portugal), and the time zone is WEST if this info helps.
I have also recorded the screen to exemplify my problem.

I have the exact same issue, I'm in France with CEST Time zone and 24h format.
Sometimes it invert both times I set but switches from the AM to the PM equivalent. But sometime it just picks random hours.
Targeting the next wake up alarm seem to work, but sometimes I have to disable/enable it a few times to make it work.
