I recently updated to the newest Android 11 update via OTA update, and now there is no DTS audio settings in my settings app and my audio quality has dropped significantly.

It's safe to say that Asus's contract with DTS has expired or has been terminated
The last Asus phone to come with DTS were Zenfone 6 and Rog phone 2 (2019)
Rog phone 3 and Rog phone 5 use Dirac
Asus probably didn't license Dirac for Zenfone 7 series hence the lack of audiowizard on it
Some sources say that Zenfone 8 series might regain audiowizard with partnership with dirac
