Why when I connect the usb c to 3.5mm jack it shows me incompatible while the same piece works normally on several devices!!! Please find a solution or send an update
@firasswat82 While a lot of generic third party adapters will work with the Zenfone 7 series, we can't guarantee full compatability with every product on the market. If you're able to, always test for comparability issues before committing to a purchase.
