Bluetooth broken since update

Since the last update my Bluetooth is a nightmare,no one can hear me properly.
I have it connected to a 2019 Toyota HiAce,s multi media unit and has always been crystal clear now I can hear them but they can't hear me properly.
Has anyone else come across this bug ?
Any ideas on a fix that doesn't involve a full reset?

It's probably the most premium build quality phone that exists. I've never had a phone feel more premium in my hand than the OP9pro. Also from workers who have the phone they where all quite happy with it. However OP is noitorious for terrible software support, so keep an eye out on that.

Do they all get fota updates even if it's a CH one flashed with a global ROM ?

I couldn't wait so I went ahead and purchased the OnePlus 9 Pro should arrive any day now
