My zenfone 6 64gb 6gb ram just got from repair (phone didnt charge or open. Now when using cpuz the phone says i have 12gb ram and 512gb storage. Is this real?

Maybe it was the wrong motherboard during maintenance. How much memory do you see with file management?

If the phone is working well now, the memory upgrade should be lucky.

This is how Asus should treat every user affected by sudden death or spontaneous restart. Especially when we first read here often that there are only a few dozen affected users.
