Type C to 3.5 mm connector (Dongal) not working

Type C to 3.5 mm connector is not working and there is no service center near me and no option to buy it so what can i do and duplicate dongal is not detected, so where i get orignal one please tell me.
I am using Asus Rog core cetra today i get it new but dongal not working 😭 please help me.

I have no idea what you just said but Zenfone 6 has built-in minijack so passive adapters via usb-c will never work. If you want it anyway, you'll need to find an active one with built-in sound card.

Have you tried using different dongal or earphone with 3.5mm jack?
