My phone is Asus Zenfone Z002 . Its touch pad bottom part within the screen is nonresponsive. Due to this I cannot type coma (,) space bar stop (.) etc button. The touch is falling above the letters. I have reset it for factory setting for any solution. After that it cannot pull from welcome screen onwards. What will be the solution and from where I can repir it .
