The flip camera is not perfectly vertical! I tried to perform the calibration but the flip camera continues to be too inclined... Does anyone have a solution?

This is within the acceptable tolerance of production. If you still insist on vertical, you can go to the service center to request processing.

Sorry about the late reply. The camera shouldn't be able to go that far physically. Please contact ASUS support.
