Ever since the Android 10 update. Reboot doesn't fix. Factory reset doesn't fix. Echoes and feedback are horrible. Any suggestions?

This is a strange one. We can either log the phone and try to figure out what's going on, but I would probably recommend contacting your local ASUS Support for a warranty repair. The turnaround time should be faster, and since a factory reset had no effect this might be a hardware issue.
Strange that it started with Android 10 though.... Are you sure you factory reset the phone? It wiped all your data and apps?
