I receive SMS after one or two hours... I've tried to insert the SIM into a Windows 10 tablet and I can receive SMS instantly. What I can do?

Does SMS sender have enabled chat features? If yes, turn it off and check again.

I don't think it's enabled for automatic SMS

BTW you can have RCS chat feature enabled and yet for the relevant problematic SMS thread/sender this setting:
