Screen Time and Phone idle Stuck

Hi, I think I have the Screen Time and the Phone Idle blocked or I can't get the meaning of those indicators. Is this normal? Can it be fixed? Thanks.

If you try charging the device to full and then restart.
Will the battery meter reset itself (and start displaying usage as you would expect)?

I think it started displaying correct times after the second or third full charge. There is a way to reset those times and apps times without full recharge the phone (because I'm not always fully recharging my phone)? Online I've found a lot of people saying to not recharge above 80% for a better durability of the battery. Thanks.

You should charge battery to at least 90% to reset battery stats.
Online I've found a lot of people saying to not recharge above 80% for a better durability of the battery.
You can ignore such a recommendation for a battery as big as ZF6 battery and instead charging only to 80% just charge to at least 90% and everything will be fine.
