Phone keeps killing background applications

Phone keeps killing background application. I tried to set all settings - autostart on, battery optimization off, lock app in launcher but after some time application is killed anyway.

This is standard Android A11 behavior. Nothing is wrong with your phone or our code. It's just the way it is

Chrome is not even holding an opened website for a minute. If I open some other app and comeback to chrome, chrome starts reloading the website.
Is there any other way to lock the app in the ram so that it doesn't reload every time.?
