Sir, with due regard as you said to not to allow facebook to auto-start, after doing it the battery life is still very poor. Please look into it and resolve at the earliest.

If stopping messenger doesn't have any effect, then you could even go as far as uninstalling both facebook and messenger which will revert them back to the factory installed version.
