Can't able to update my phone from Android 9 to latest after receiving it today from service center .

Show your serviceman Asus support pages and ask him why he told you there was no further update, if that's not true at all:

Do manual update.

PM:ed the user, should have been resolved and FOTA worked for 2 updates.
