My friend, if not even a security update is having the ability to do, imagine updating to android 12. You can change the device, as this one for ASUS has already died.
@Admin Some times I'm feeling bad experience with ASUS suppoting team (not with products). I post this message on almost one month ago, but still no one replied for that and don't know the team will reply or not. Atleast you have to reply something on that.
