My Asus 6z's camera isn't flipping instead a message is shown"camera cannot flip". Pls help

Just to let you guys know, the new issue that appeared on my phone just when it came from the repair center it might be related to the battery cause the phone lost the energy and swichs off out of the blue. Please at least spread the word don't let anyone make the mistake we made buying these fucking zenfones again

I am trying to sort it out by myself, checking what can be the problems cause the repair center from UK is useless. If you guys want I can show how the answer they gave me when I needed help with the phone. Now after only 1 year using the phone that has barely any scratch, I was always very careful with my phones, now it needs to go to the bin cause it's not possible to use it. It shuts downs every 5 minutes.

I have similar problem... I get the message that camera can't flip when I try to invert with the button... If I do it using volume buttons, then it works fine, so probably it is something weird with the sensor, could I get some help with that? Something like disabling the sensor at least to avoid this wrong error

Hey , i think its due to permanent blockage of proximity sensor by black edged screen guard or broken screen guard.
I am also facing the same problem with camera.
Also when i make a call the screen sleeps immediately.

I too am facing that call issue sometimes but mostly on whatsapp.
