I went through service centre twice crashes means that my upper earpiece speaker didn't work sometime but when i reset my phone its starts to work and the problem is i can't reset it again and again...so please solve the issue in nxt update

For device crash, auto-rebooting issues, it's better to contact the service center for help.
For speaker issue, we will push a fix in next FOTA.
