The stock camera app has issues with color tones. Even during focus, the color tone shown on screen is way off (mostly dull) compared to the actual scene. This issue has started after Android 11 update.
Previously on Android 10 the photos taken from the stock camera app (without HDR) was perfect in terms of color tone. There was no variation from the actual scene in the final photo colors. Whether it's warm light or cool light the color accuracy was spot-on during focus and in the final picture taken.
