How to use battery care

Hi guys,
Just bought a rog phone 2 weeks ago. I'm use to plug the charger when i go to sleep and unplug it in the morning. Now the phone show that i should use battery care. When i go to the power master app, i see that my battery is fair and at 100 %. It show me that i can use IA charge or Scheduled charge. That is not a very explaining thing for me. First question: how can i get my battery slider to move to Good ? Second, what is IA charge, why use that. And what is scheduled charge.
Tell me if i just scrap my battery already ?

schedule charging is a system that our phone dynamicaly adjust charging rate on our phone, i usually add 1 hours to my wake up.
i usually sleep at 11 pm then wake up at 6 am
so i use battery care start from 11 pm to 7 am
when i wake up, the battery at 88% so between 90 to 100% i unplug it. I always unplug my phone before it reaches 100%. And my battery status is green as good.
And i don't know what is IA charge.

if you want to make battery status to good, simply unplugged the charger when the battery is full. Your habit to leave phone to charge all night is bad for your phone battery life. The rest of your question maybe the other can help.

How come they don't put that in a manual or maybe put a manual available in our account on asus.
