How to enable unknown sources for any applications for Zenphone 6 android 10.0

How do I populate the list with more than the nearly useless 5-6 apps on the unknown sources permissions page?
Just about every android on 10.0 lets you select any app on the phone, but the Zenfone 6 doesn't for some reaosn? Is there any way around this at all?

To enable unknown source, you have to go to app and notification and special app access. there you will see; install unknown apps.
