Charging time taking too much

For full charge it is taking more than 3 hours even it is showing fast charging ,
Specially for last 10% it is taking more than 45-60 minutes ,

The last percents of the battery must take longer as battery charging rate must begin to decrease towards 0 after 80%. That is the way lithium polymer batteries work, there is no war around it.

I to agree what you said , but in my case , it has taken 3 hours 15 minutes to full charge , from 15%to 99%

That shouldn't be thecase... discharge it to zero and try again,restart is recommended too

Are you using the bundled Asus charger and cable?
Also after charging, restart and try again.

I assume this charge time is even when you are not using the phone actively.
Another note, did you also notice the device heating up more than usual? Could it be that some app has bugged out in the background using cpu/battery - and as a result also impacting charging.
